The education community and the helping relationship have greatly contributed to my success as a real estate broker. The training and the work of councellor taught me a lot about people, but especially about myself.
Man of challenges I headed for a completely different career choice. At the time, my father had made this career choice for himself. He encouraged me to take the training to try it out. I let myself be tempted ... We worked together for over 10 years, when my sister joined us and finally took over my father's retirement. It was a privilege for me to work with them.
After all these years, I am still as passionate about real estate as I was in the beginning and always anxious to improve myself and be up to your expectations. I still consider myself in a helping relationship. I am conscientious and attentive to the needs of people. The respect of my clients is paramount.
I often repeat to anyone who will listen that I am not a "salesman", I am a counselor, a representative, a confidant and sometimes even a mediator. I am a real estate broker.
Buying or selling a property is a very important step in people's lives. Accompanying my clients in the postage of this step is of great importance to me. It is a great pride for me to say that I have clients ... even become friends, for whom I have already represented 3 generations of their family.
I chose RE / MAX for a variety of reasons; visibility, fame, reputation and others. On the other hand, the most important reasons are for my clientele; security, professionalism, consulting, support and so on.
I owned a brokerage office for several years. Having had close to 20 brokers under my responsibility, I was able to benefit from a great experience in a short time. This allowed me to put my experience with the students at the College Real Estate, because I taught for a few sessions.
